Through Buckley Country Day Connect, our exclusive networking platform, alumni can seek mentors, share career opportunities, and offer guidance to others. We also host annual reunion events including the NYC Gathering for Alumni Families & Faculty every February, March Madness, and the Fall Fair in October, where alumni come together to continue the Buckley tradition of camaraderie. About our honoree: Chris Lee has served on Buckley’s Board of Trustees since 2017 and assumed the role of Board Chair in 2021. We are proud to honor Chris and gratefully acknowledge his steadfast leadership and selfless service to Buckley Country Day School. A dedicated champion of Buckley’s mission, he has led with conviction and vision. His strategic focus on the school’s financial stability and long-term sustainability has played a pivotal role in strengthening the endowment and positioning Buckley for continued success. Chris and his wife, Julia, are the proud parents of three Buckley alumni: Kyle ’22, Mason ’22, and Sophie ’26.

On Friday, February 28, more than 50 members of the Buckley community gathered for our Alumni Families & Faculty Reunion! It was such a joy to see so many members of the Buckley community gathered together in NYC—reconnecting, reminiscing, and strengthening the ties that make Buckley so special.

We are especially grateful to Paula and Fernando Lopez (P ’23 and ’32) for their generous hospitality at Kahlo NYC and for helping make the evening such a warm and welcoming celebration of our community.
